Bond Technologies was founded in 1998 by Mark Cline, who has been in the search business since 1981. Mark was previously the Operations Manager of one of the largest technical search firms in the Midwest. He has also served as a board member, Vice President, and Ethics Chair of Minnesota’s professional association for search firms.
When he isn’t working or bragging about his wonderful college-aged sons, Mark spends his time enjoying the plethora of wonders that Minnesota offers: sailing, sea kayaking, biking, snow shoeing, skiing, and nature photography.
